Characteristics
The airtight framed sleeve ELYT+ K is ready to be cut at the required dimensions and to be assembled. It was designed to connect ventilation equipments to rectangular ductworks. It prevents the transmission of vibrations and noise along the ventilation ductwork. It is composed of standard elements (profiles, sleeve’s body in rolls) to cut to the required dimensions and to assemble.
Construction:
- Sleeve’s body in rolls of 50 m: fiberglass or polyester fabrics (other fabrics on request)
- Frame: 5 m profile bars in galvanized steel
- Angle pieces: galvanized steel
- Specific adhesive straps to shut the sleeve’s body
- Connection: 90° ends
Performances:
- Fire class: A2 or non classified
- Acceptable pressure: 2 000 Pa
- Airtigthness: class D or B (EN 15727) depending on the fabric
- Operating temperature: -30 to +110°C (fiber glass fabric coated with polyurethane), -30 to 70°C (Polyester fabric coated with PVC)
